PERSOL is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Corporate Call Centre Agent to join our team for a 6-month contract engagement. In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for corporate banking clients, ensuring that every inquiry is handled with precision, empathy, and efficiency. You will play a vital role in maintaining our service standards and ensuring client satisfaction through various communication channels including phone and email.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming inquiries from corporate banking clients via phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding banking products, services, and account statuses.
- Identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases to relevant internal departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all client interactions within the banking CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all banking policies, data privacy regulations, and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying common client pain points and suggesting solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a call centre, customer service, or banking support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Excellent active listening skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month contract duration starting immediately.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
