Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide personalized banking solutions and account management services to SG customers.
- Assist customers with a wide range of banking inquiries, transactions, and product information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and update the CRM system in real-time.
- Cross-sell relevant banking products and services based on customer needs and profiles.
- Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure the smooth processing of customer requests.
- Adhere to all banking compliance policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or Degree holder (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Previous experience in customer service or the banking sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent English proficiency.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or phone systems.
- Possess a valid Malaysian passport and willing to work in the Kuala Lumpur area.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and customer-centric approach.
