Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the security, accuracy, and integrity of sensitive banking data
- Implement and maintain data management policies and procedures in compliance with banking regulations
- Oversee the lifecycle of customer data, including collection, storage, and disposal
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data quality and accessibility
- Monitor data usage patterns to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing insights and reports
- Stay updated with evolving data protection laws and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in data management within the banking or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of data security principles and regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA, GDPR)
- Proficiency in data management tools and databases (e.g., SQL, data warehousing)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex data concepts clearly
- Knowledge of banking operations and financial products is advantageous
