- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure in global markets environments
- Stakeholder alignment and communication across banking departments, vendors, and regulatory bodies
- Risk mitigation and compliance adherence for financial market regulations (e.g., MiFID II, Basel III)
- Resource allocation and budget optimization for multi-million dollar banking projects
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies in financial technology deployments
- Performance tracking using KPIs and project management dashboards
- Cross-functional leadership of technical and business teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years project management experience in banking/financial services
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification with proven track record in global markets
- Expertise in financial project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall hybrid)
- Deep understanding of global markets products (FX, Derivatives, Fixed Income)
- Regulatory compliance knowledge (FCA, MAS, SEC)
