Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the banking sector.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate banking products.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new customers.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the banking industry.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
