Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers proactively during roadshows, events, and in-branch activities to generate interest.
- Promote and explain various banking products and financial services to potential and existing clients.
- Provide high-quality advisory services to meet individual financial needs and objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up on potential leads.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute effective promotional strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through positive and professional engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in direct sales, customer service, or retail banking preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Flexibility to work during events, roadshows, or rotating shifts as required.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset for customer engagement.
