Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, and withdrawals at the service counter.
- Process and verify financial documents and transaction forms with high accuracy.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for daily records and reports.
- Greet walk-in clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate service desks.
- Perform basic data entry tasks using standard banking software systems.
- Ensure the branch lobby and service areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle cash handling procedures and prepare daily bank reports.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Fresh Graduate or currently completing a degree.
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Punctuality, professional demeanor, and a customer-first attitude.
