Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily teller operations including cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional front-line customer service to resolve inquiries and complaints.
- Process account transactions, including fund transfers and bill payments, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and introduce Metrobank products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure the correct balancing of cash drawers and daily reports at the end of the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Assist in the implementation of new banking procedures and digital initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in banking, customer service, or retail sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with composure.

- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using banking software systems.
