Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to banking regulations.
- Greet and assist customers warmly, resolving inquiries regarding account balances, account openings, and banking procedures.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage the cash drawer accurately, balancing daily transactions and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure strict compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to maintain an organized and welcoming branch environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing banking or retail role is preferred.
- Diploma or GCE 'A' Levels; relevant finance or banking certifications are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in using banking software and POS systems.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle cash handling with absolute integrity.
