Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Handle cash handling duties with strict adherence to cash control policies and audit requirements.
- Issue checks, savings passbooks, and other negotiable instruments to customers.
- Verify customer identity and ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and provide general banking information.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the teller line and service counter.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Business, Accounting, or Finance is an advantage).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or banking operations.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services is preferred.
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends as required.
