Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily banking transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers with high accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues at the counter.
- Verify customer identities and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and bank standards.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs and branch targets.
- Perform daily cash balancing and maintain strict control over cash drawer limits.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
- Maintain a neat and professional counter area to reflect the bank's brand image.
- Support administrative tasks and branch operations as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Strong interest in the banking and financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions.
