- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to customers at the bank counter.
- Process various banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Identify customer needs and offer relevant financial product information or service solutions.
- Maintain high levels of operational accuracy and adhere to strict banking security protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and balance daily transactions effectively.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in the West region and commit to a full-time work schedule.
- Meticulous, reliable, and comfortable handling cash and documentation.
