Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and payments.
- Provide superior customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account-related issues promptly.
- Handle ATM operations and assist customers with card maintenance or troubleshooting basic banking inquiries.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and prepare bank statements or proof of payments (POP) with 100% accuracy.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and actively promote Metrobank's diverse financial products and services to clients.
- Ensure the teller counter area is always tidy, organized, and ready for business.
- Adhere strictly to bank security protocols and compliance regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking teller role is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and high level of attention to detail to minimize errors in cash handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
- Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including holidays, weekends, and peak banking hours.
