Tanggung Jawab
- Process various banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments with high precision.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer at the end of every shift, ensuring all records match.
- Provide proactive assistance to clients regarding inquiries on bank products, services, and policies.
- Identify and refer potential sales opportunities for bank products (credit cards, loans, investments) to appropriate departments.
- Adhere strictly to bank security procedures, anti-money laundering regulations, and internal audit policies.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, report generation, and maintaining branch records.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects Metrobank's commitment to professionalism and reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field.
