Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and process cash, checks, and other financial instruments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account-related issues.
- Assist customers with account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
- Accurately maintain daily cash balances and reconcile teller drawers at the end of the shift.
- Promote and cross-sell bank products, services, and digital banking solutions to clients.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards at all times.
- Ensure the teller station and lobby area are organized, clean, and welcoming.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or banking operations is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent is acceptable for entry-level positions.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID (SSS, UMID, or Passport).
