Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products and services
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records throughout the day
- Verify customer identities and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations
- Assist in opening new accounts and cross-selling appropriate financial products
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary
- Participate in branch audits and implement security measures to prevent fraud
- Stay updated on banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or cash handling
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Integrity, honesty, and commitment to ethical banking practices
- Willingness to work on weekends and extended hours as needed
