Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their banking inquiries and needs
- Balance cash drawer and ensure compliance with bank security procedures
- Promote bank products and services to customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions
- Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, finance, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is advantageous
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic banking operations and procedures
