In this role, you will manage daily branch operations, handling cash deposits, withdrawals, check encashments, and loan payments. You will also play a key role in customer relationship management, assisting clients with inquiries and identifying opportunities to introduce our wide range of banking products. Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, check deposits, and withdrawals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting clients with account-related needs.
- Perform daily cash balancing and ensure that all financial records and reports are up to date.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure teller counter environment.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field; relevant experience is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or banking operations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using banking software systems.
- High degree of trustworthiness, attention to detail, and accuracy in handling cash.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules and weekends as required by the branch.
