Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions with high accuracy and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Promote and cross-sell the bank's diverse range of financial products and services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash balances.
- Assist in ensuring the branch's operational efficiency and security protocols are followed.
- Perform cash balancing and reconciliation duties at the end of the shift.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in any field or High School Graduate with relevant experience.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and financial regulations.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any course.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Internet navigation).
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and possess a professional demeanor.
