Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and offering tailored banking solutions
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to maintain operational accuracy
- Cross-sell bank products and services while adhering to compliance guidelines
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and transaction records
- Conduct preliminary account verifications and assist with loan application documentation
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales targets and service excellence goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Integrity and commitment to ethical banking practices
- Willingness to work on flexible schedule including weekends
