This role is primarily responsible for providing accurate, efficient, and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Process over-the-counter financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check encashments, and bill payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify client identities, signatures, and transaction details to comply with bank security guidelines and BSP regulations.
- Provide outstanding, professional, and friendly customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Balance cash drawers daily, maintaining precise transaction records and resolving any discrepancies immediately.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell BDO’s wide array of products and services based on client needs.
- Assist in back-office administrative tasks and general branch operations as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Marketing, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in cash handling or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
- High level of numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Must be highly trustworthy, professional, and exhibit strong work ethics.
- Willing to work on-site in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro.
