Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account-related issues promptly.
- Verify checks and documents for authenticity, ensuring strict compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Assist in the promotion and sale of bank products such as savings accounts, loans, and insurance to potential clients.
- Ensure the security of the branch premises and protect customer assets at all times.
- Collaborate with the branch management team to achieve daily sales targets and service goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in any field or High School Diploma with relevant work experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or banking operations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic knowledge of banking products, financial regulations, and cash handling procedures.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
- Ability to work under pressure and perform accurately in fast-paced environments.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
