Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with transactions, and answering inquiries
- Process various banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to customers
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols to maintain customer confidentiality
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with new account openings and basic account maintenance
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in finance or business is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or banking is advantageous
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
