Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance in the banking sector? Elitez Group is seeking a dedicated Bank UAT Analyst to join our team in the East Region. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of payment systems by bridging the gap between technical development and end-user business requirements.
As a UAT Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to execute comprehensive test plans, identify potential defects, and guarantee that all payment workflows meet rigorous banking standards. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a sharp eye for identifying inconsistencies in complex financial software. You will play a critical role in the deployment of payment solutions, contributing directly to the efficiency and security of our client's banking operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for payment processing systems.
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test scripts based on business requirement documents (BRDs).
- Track and document software defects using internal bug-tracking systems and coordinate with developers for resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that system updates do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and business analysts, to clarify requirements.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely status reports to project stakeholders.
- Validate that all payment transactions conform to regulatory compliance and internal security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in UAT or quality assurance within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Experience with payment systems, SWIFT, or banking core systems is a significant advantage.
