Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process insurance policy applications and renewals with high accuracy and speed.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external insurance providers to resolve administrative discrepancies.
- Maintain comprehensive digital records and databases, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and compliant.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly operational reports and performance metrics for senior management.
- Verify KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation for insurance-related banking accounts.
- Provide administrative support for high-net-worth client onboarding processes.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience within the Banking or Insurance sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with insurance products and banking regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a contract capacity.
