- Handle inbound customer calls from Singapore clients with empathy and professionalism
- Provide accurate information on banking products, services, and account inquiries

Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience (banking sector preferred)
- Excellent command of English with clear communication skills
