Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound phone calls and emails from Singapore Bank customers regarding product inquiries and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Provide accurate information on banking products, account balances, and transaction history.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Ensure compliance with banking service standards and call center protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical or financial issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell banking products where appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- Degree holders or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of banking products, financial services, or credit cards is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
