Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of banking experiments to drive innovation in digital financial services
- Develop comprehensive experimental frameworks that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams to identify and prioritize experimental opportunities
- Analyze experiment results and translate insights into actionable business recommendations
- Manage experimental budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in banking and fintech
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing experimental projects in a financial services context
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and statistical analysis
- Expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, and quantitative research methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management principles
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and emerging financial technologies
