Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, or chat with a focus on financial query resolution.
  • Analyze customer financial data to provide accurate information and solutions according to specific process guidelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with data privacy, banking regulations, and internal security protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated financial disputes or service issues efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by delivering professional and empathetic service.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new banking products, financial regulations, and system improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Banking, or BPO operations.
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical financial information clearly.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and internal financial software platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially when handling financial transactions.
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
