Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries related to banking products, transactions, and account management
- Resolve complex financial issues with accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards
- Process transactions including fund transfers, payments, and account modifications
- Provide detailed explanations of banking policies, procedures, and product features
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Continuously update knowledge on banking regulations and financial products
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, preferably in banking/finance sector
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to financial details
- Basic computer literacy with ability to navigate CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules
- High school diploma; college degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Must pass background and credit checks for financial role compliance
