Are you passionate about driving growth and fostering long-term relationships? Wing Assistant is looking for a dedicated Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, supporting, and elevating the performance of our Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
As the strategic bridge between our clients and our CSM team, you will ensure that our service delivery standards are met while identifying opportunities for process improvement and strategic growth. You will lead initiatives that empower our team to deliver exceptional value, ensuring our clients remain engaged and satisfied. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategies to elevate the performance of the Customer Success team.
- Conduct regular training sessions and coaching workshops for CSMs to enhance their skills.
- Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues and streamline processes.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Create detailed reports on team performance and client retention trends.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client lifetime value.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Client Management.
- Previous experience mentoring or managing Customer Success Managers is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
