Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively engage with customers at roadshows, events, and designated outdoor locations.
  • Effectively promote and explain a range of banking products and services to potential leads.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects to increase conversion rates.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Collect and record accurate customer data for follow-up and pipeline management.
  • Maintain a professional image and deep knowledge of the financial products offered.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure optimal setup and customer engagement flow.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, roadshow sales, or retail banking is highly advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential customers.
  • Resilient mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts as required by roadshow schedules.
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
