Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily banking operations, including transaction verification, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with banking partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Resolve complex banking queries and escalations promptly to ensure high stakeholder satisfaction.
- Coordinate effectively between internal departments and external banking institutions to streamline workflows.
- Ensure strict compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and analyze operational performance reports to track KPIs and strategic goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Proven experience in banking operations or relationship management roles within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and banking software systems.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
