Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional service and financial advice to walk-in customers.
- Leverage provided customer database to cross-sell banking products.
- Promote a wide range of products including deposits, loans, and insurance.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets.
- Comply strictly with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist customers with account opening and daily transaction inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve branch goals.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in any field are highly encouraged.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Strong sales acumen and a passion for customer service.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail banking environment.
- Open to full-time employment in Kuala Lumpur.
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
