Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with walk-in customers to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Effectively utilize provided bank databases to reach out to potential clients and introduce banking solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by maintaining a high standard of professional service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the bank's CRM system.
- Provide expert advice on banking products including credit cards, loans, and investment accounts.
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on financial regulations and market trends.
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to onboarding.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree holders) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing financial service workflows.
