Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the high-availability AS400 core banking environment to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Oversee the administration and support of Real-Time Payment API Gateway systems, ensuring seamless transaction processing.
- Perform routine system health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning for banking applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy, test, and troubleshoot application updates and patches.
- Respond to and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system logs.
- Implement security protocols and compliance standards in accordance with banking industry regulations.
- Provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support for end-users and internal stakeholders regarding banking system issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in system administration, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Hands-on experience with IBM AS400 (iSeries) administration and RPG environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of API Gateway technologies, RESTful services, and real-time payment architectures.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues under pressure.
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL) and network fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commitment to data security, confidentiality, and financial industry compliance standards.
