Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive test cases for trade operations reconciliation systems
- Validate data integrity and accuracy across banking transaction platforms
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of financial applications
- Document test results, defects, and resolution progress using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure requirements alignment
- Analyze system performance under various transactional loads and scenarios
- Maintain detailed test documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in banking/financial services
- Strong understanding of trade operations, reconciliation processes, and financial regulations
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, QTP) and defect tracking systems (JIRA)
- Experience with SQL and database validation techniques
- Certified Tester (CTFL) or ISTQB certification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
