As a Banquet Manager, you will oversee all aspects of banquet service, including team leadership, event planning coordination, and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the culinary and events teams to deliver exceptional experiences that exceed expectations.

  • Oversee all banquet operations, including pre-event planning, setup, service, and breakdown.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and execute tailored menus and beverage packages.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banquet or event management in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
