We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our banquet operations, ensuring flawless execution of events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences and galas.
As a Banquet Manager, you will oversee all aspects of banquet service, including team leadership, event planning coordination, and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the culinary and events teams to deliver exceptional experiences that exceed expectations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all banquet operations, including pre-event planning, setup, service, and breakdown.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of banquet staff to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Coordinate with event planners and clients to ensure all requirements are met and exceed expectations.
- Manage inventory of banquet equipment and supplies, and ensure proper maintenance.
- Monitor and control event budgets, maximize revenue through upselling, and minimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations to continuously improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design and execute tailored menus and beverage packages.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banquet or event management in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and trends.
