Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all banquet events including weddings, corporate meetings, and social functions
- Manage banquet staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee event setup, service flow, and breakdown procedures
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
- Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, and maintenance departments
- Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain sanitation standards
- Conduct post-event reviews and implement improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of banquet management experience in luxury hotels or event venues
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in event planning software and banquet operations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Knowledge of Jakarta's event venues and vendor networks
