Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the daily operations of the banquet department, ensuring all events run smoothly from setup to teardown.
- Manage and train a diverse team of service staff and culinary associates to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate closely with sales and catering teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Oversee inventory management, including food, beverage, and equipment, to minimize waste and control costs.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and staff training sessions to enhance skills and career growth.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback immediately to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banquet operations or event management within a luxury hotel or high-volume venue.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a large team in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards, buffet setup, and banquet logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with guests and staff at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
