Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of banquet setup, service, and breakdown for events.
- Supervise and train banquet staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and audio-visual teams to meet event requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and grooming standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and requisition supplies for events as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel banquet operations or events management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Hospitality or related field.
- Knowledge of wine service and fine dining etiquette is an advantage.
