- Lead and supervise banquet staff during events, ensuring flawless execution of service standards
- Coordinate with culinary and service teams to align event logistics and guest requirements
- Train and mentor team members on operational procedures, safety protocols, and guest engagement
- Monitor event setups, service flow, and breakdown processes to maintain quality control
- Resolve guest concerns proactively and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with event managers to optimize banquet operations and resource allocation
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews to enhance team performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of banquet operations experience with leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record in team management and staff development within luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of banquet event coordination and F&B service standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Relevant hospitality certification or degree preferred
