Tanggung Jawab
- Set up banquet tables and function rooms according to event specifications and floor plans.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests throughout the event duration.
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and event management staff to ensure service flow.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of buffet stations and service bars.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor service issues with a professional attitude.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines as required by local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Banquet Waiter, Waiter, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong physical stamina, as the role involves standing, walking, and carrying heavy trays.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be well-groomed and presentable at all times.
- Willingness to work in Malate, Metro Manila.
