Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals.
- Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and cocktail recipes.
- Manage inventory levels for spirits, wines, and bar supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol licensing regulations.
- Create and maintain an attractive and well-stocked bar presentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bar management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, cigars, and classic and modern mixology.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment during peak hours.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in hospitality or bartending are highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
