- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process payments and handle cash transactions with precision and speed.
- Maintain a pristine bar area, including cleaning glassware, wiping down surfaces, and organizing supplies to ensure health and safety regulations are met.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting any shortages or excessive wastage to the bar manager promptly.
- Engage with customers to create a fun and inviting atmosphere, while adhering to all responsible service guidelines.
- Clean up spills or hazards immediately to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse guests from around the globe.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
