We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Bar Back to join our professional handroll bar team in Badung. As a Bar Back, you will be the backbone of our bar operations. You will work closely with our bartenders and chefs to ensure that every guest receives a seamless dining experience. Your proactive approach to restocking, cleaning, and preparation will directly contribute to the success of our service. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the bar team during high-volume service periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the bar area, workstations, and equipment.
- Ensure all glassware, utensils, and serving tools are cleaned, polished, and ready for immediate use.
- Proactively restock ice, garnishes, spirits, and non-alcoholic ingredients throughout the shift.
- Assist in basic drink preparation tasks and pre-service setup/post-service closing duties.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly communicate replenishment needs to the manager.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols at all times to ensure guest health and safety.
- Assist the front-of-house team with general tasks to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused demeanor.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding hygiene and organization.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Basic understanding of English is highly desirable; fluency in Indonesian is required.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
