Tanggung Jawab
- Support bartenders with drink preparation, garnishing, and glassware maintenance
- Manage bar inventory, including stock rotation and supply ordering
- Ensure bar area cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to safety standards
- Prepare ingredients and set up bar stations for efficient service
- Assist with customer service and maintain a positive guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations when required
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in bar back or similar hospitality role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
