- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including signature cocktails, mocktails, and coffee, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the bar area at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage bar inventory, including tracking stock levels and restocking supplies before and after shifts.
- Handle POS systems accurately for billing and payment processing.
- Collaborate with the floor staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
- Assist in preparing bar garnishes, syrups, and other components required for daily operations.
- Provide expert menu recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bartender, Barback, or in a similar beverage service role.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beverage preparation techniques, and ingredient profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse international guests.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure during busy shifts.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
