Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily bar operations to ensure efficient, friendly, and high-quality service.
- Lead, train, and mentor bartending staff on drink preparation, upselling techniques, and safety standards.
- Maintain strict inventory control, including regular stock taking and ordering of premium supplies.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new drink menus and promotional strategies.
- Ensure all bar areas meet strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Bar Captain, Head Bartender, or Senior Bar Back in a high-volume venue.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, spirits, and bar management software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-first attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
