Join Smoke Bali's pre-opening team as Bar Captain and help create outstanding bar experiences from day one. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative cocktail menus aligned with venue concept and guest preferences
- Lead and mentor bar staff during pre-opening phase and beyond
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control systems
- Train team on mixology techniques, product knowledge, and service standards
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen and management to create seamless guest journeys
- Source and curate premium spirits, ingredients, and bar equipment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in senior bar/cocktail role
- Proven leadership skills in high-volume hospitality settings
- Advanced mixology knowledge and creative cocktail development abilities
- Strong inventory management and cost control expertise
- Exceptional communication and team training capabilities
- Working knowledge of Indonesian liquor regulations
- Passion for Bali's hospitality industry and cultural nuances
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced pre-opening environments
